Terms of Service
Småbruket Tvigyva AS, Lårdalsvegen 521, 3891 Høydalsmo, org. no. 934 873 254 MVA, operates a rental service where businesses and individuals can rent a sauna and equipment for shared use by booking online and collecting/returning at designated locations. The services also include a membership offer with benefits for frequent users.


1 General
These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from Småbruket Tvigyva AS to both businesses and consumers. Together with your order, they form the agreement between us.

2 Definition of Parties
The lessor/seller: Småbruket Tvigyva AS, hereafter referred to as we, us, the lessor, or Småbruket Tvigyva AS.
The lessee: The person specified as the lessee or buyer in the order, hereafter referred to as the lessee, customer, you, your.
Rental items: Tools, equipment, machines, and all other items rented out by Småbruket Tvigyva.
Delivery method/service points: Delivery or return via shop, kiosk, home delivery, or designated equipment lockers and pick-up/drop-off locations.

3 Payment and Pricing
Payment is made online by Visa or Mastercard via our payment provider NETS, meeting the highest security standards. The rental agreement is considered binding once payment is made.
Småbruket Tvigyva AS follows standard rental practices and reserves the right to invoice for damaged, destroyed, or missing equipment after the rental period.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise specified. Total cost will be displayed before confirming your order. In case of substantial pricing errors on our website, Småbruket Tvigyva AS may unilaterally modify or reject orders, even post-confirmation, provided customers are informed within a reasonable time.

4 Condition of Rental Items
We commit to delivering high-quality, operational rental items. Items are inspected and maintained before and after each rental.
You are responsible for all damage or loss during the rental period unless due to technical defects. You must inspect the equipment before use and report any discrepancies.

5 Damages
All damage, faults, or accidents must be reported immediately to mproeven@gmail.com. This includes theft. Misuse, negligence, or improper use resulting in damage may incur repair/replacement costs. Equipment must be returned clean; a water hose is available by the boat ramp.
We are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or failure of rental items. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the products.

6 Use of Equipment
Use is at your own risk. Users must be over 18 years old. Lessees are responsible for appropriate and safe use. Instructions and safety procedures are available with the item or online. It is your responsibility to review them.

7 Accessories
Accessories must usually be ordered separately. Details on what's included are listed online. Personal or consumable accessories are not rented out, except for shuttlecocks and volley paddle balls. Items not used may be returned under the right of withdrawal (section 12).

8 Lessee Rights and Duties
You must be 18+ and provide accurate customer info when registering. Communications from us via provided contact info are considered valid upon dispatch.
Accounts are personal. Suspected misuse must be reported immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
Terms must be accepted before ordering.
Items must be returned on time and to the correct location. You authorize us to charge your card for missing, dirty, or damaged items or late returns.
Returns over one hour late incur a daily fee plus a NOK 300 penalty. Continued possession will be charged at the agreed daily rate until returned.

9 Order Changes
Orders can only be changed by contacting us and receiving written confirmation. Late returns require agreed-upon extensions. Changes that impact availability may incur a NOK 300 fee.

10 Delivery and Returns
Pickup and return must follow the confirmation details. Items are your responsibility once collected and until returned. Bring your booking reference and valid ID.
We will notify you of delays or unavailability as soon as we are aware.
You are responsible until the equipment is returned or the sauna time ends. Items are inspected upon return.

11 Membership
Membership grants discounts and benefits. Both individuals and businesses may join, but only the registered person or employees at the registered address may use it. Membership renews automatically and can be canceled via account settings.

12 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel unused purchased goods (not rentals) within 14 days under the Right of Withdrawal Act. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Used items (e.g. towels, tools) are non-returnable. Return using the same box as the rental for no extra cost. If returned otherwise, you bear the shipping risk.

13 Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright. Images are used with permission. Linked YouTube videos are hosted externally and not under our control.

14 Privacy
Your data is processed securely to fulfill our obligations. Stored data includes contact and order details. You may request deletion at any time. Payment card details are stored only by NETS.

15 Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Agreed legal venue is Oslo District Court.

16 Amendments
Småbruket Tvigyva AS may revise these terms at any time. Changes deemed significant will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
