To place an order, information such as rental time and reserved equipment is also stored. The service requires users to be 18 or older, so your year of birth must also be submitted. Your order history is saved and used to deliver the service. This information is stored as long as you are a registered user. You can view and edit your data under your profile in the booking service or contact us to have your information removed. Note that once removed, you must register again to use the service.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br />Third-Party Disclosure<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS will not sell, trade, or distribute your personal data. The online booking system is managed in-house by Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS.<br /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Payment Information<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />When placing an order, your card details are stored securely by our payment provider NETS, which is PCI certified. This allows us to manage order changes, deposit releases, credits, or charges due to late returns or damages, and helps prevent misuse. Transaction data related to your order is stored, but not your card details. Transaction data is stored as long as you remain a registered user.<br /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Use of Collected Data<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Collected personal data includes both information you provide (e.g., name, email) and data collected through your usage of the service, such as rented equipment, location, and technical details about your device and internet connection. This data may be supplemented with available third-party data.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br />Cookies <br />When you use our service, we employ technologies such as cookies to recognize users and collect data. Cookies help remember your rental dates and selected equipment, simplify usage, and provide relevant information during your visit. <p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS, L&aring;rdalsvegen 521, 3891 H&oslash;ydalsmo, Norway, organisation no. 934 873 254 MVA, provides sales and rental services to businesses and private individuals. Customers may purchase products or rent a sauna and equipment by booking online and collecting and returning the equipment at designated locations.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">1. General</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and rental of goods and services by Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS to both businesses and consumers. Together with your order, these Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you and us.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">2. Definitions</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>The lessor/seller:</strong> Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS, hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;we&rdquo;, &ldquo;us&rdquo;, &ldquo;the lessor&rdquo; or &ldquo;Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS&rdquo;.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>The lessee/customer:</strong> The person identified as the lessee or buyer in the order, hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;the lessee&rdquo;, &ldquo;the customer&rdquo;, &ldquo;you&rdquo; or &ldquo;your&rdquo;.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Rental items:</strong> Tools, equipment, machinery and any other items rented out by Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Delivery and service points:</strong> Collection or return through a shop, kiosk, home delivery service, designated equipment locker or another specified collection and return point.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">3. Payment and Pricing</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made online using Visa or Mastercard through our payment provider, NETS, which complies with the highest applicable security standards. The rental agreement becomes binding once payment has been completed.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS follows standard rental practices and reserves the right to invoice the customer for any equipment that is damaged, destroyed or missing after the rental period.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. The total cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">In the event of a substantial pricing error on our website, Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS reserves the right to amend or reject an order, including after the order has been confirmed, provided that the customer is informed within a reasonable period of time.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">4. Condition of Rental Items</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We undertake to provide high-quality rental items in safe and working condition. All rental items are inspected and maintained before and after each rental period.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the rental period unless it is caused by a technical defect in the equipment.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">You must inspect the equipment before use and report any faults, damage or discrepancies immediately.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">5. Damage, Faults and Accidents</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All damage, faults, accidents or theft must be reported immediately by email to <strong><a href="mailto:mproeven@gmail.com">mproeven@gmail.com</a></strong>.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow the instructions may result in the customer being charged for repair or replacement costs.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All equipment must be returned clean. A water hose is available by the boat ramp for cleaning purposes.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use, misuse or failure of rental items. All users are expected to familiarise themselves with the equipment and its proper use before use.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">6. Use of Equipment</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All equipment is used at the user&rsquo;s own risk. Users must be at least 18 years old.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The lessee is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used safely, correctly and for its intended purpose.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Instructions and safety procedures are supplied with the equipment or made available online. It is your responsibility to read, understand and follow them.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7. Accessories</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Accessories must normally be ordered separately. Information about what is included with each rental item is provided on our website.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Personal accessories and consumable items are not rented out, except for shuttlecocks and paddle balls.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Unused purchased items may be returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal described in Section 12.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">8. The Lessee&rsquo;s Rights and Responsibilities</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete customer information when registering.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Any communication sent by us using the contact information you have provided will be considered valid from the time it is sent.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">User accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared. Any suspected misuse of an account must be reported to us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These Terms and Conditions must be accepted before an order can be placed.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Rental items must be returned on time and to the correct location. You authorise us to charge your payment card for items that are missing, dirty or damaged, as well as for late returns.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Returns made more than one hour after the agreed return time will incur an additional daily rental charge and a late-return fee of NOK 300. If the equipment remains unreturned, the agreed daily rental rate will continue to apply until the equipment has been returned.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">9. Changes to Orders</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Orders may only be changed by contacting us and receiving written confirmation of the change.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in advance. Changes that affect the availability of the equipment may be subject to an administration fee of NOK 300.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">10. Collection and Return</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Equipment must be collected and returned in accordance with the instructions provided in the booking confirmation.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is collected until it has been returned. You must bring your booking reference and valid identification when collecting the equipment.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We will notify you of any delays or lack of availability as soon as we become aware of them.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Your responsibility for rental equipment continues until it has been returned. For sauna bookings, your responsibility continues until the booked sauna session has ended.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All rental equipment will be inspected after it has been returned.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11. Membership</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Membership provides access to discounts and other benefits.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Both private individuals and businesses may become members. However, membership benefits may only be used by the registered individual or by employees working at the registered business address.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Membership is renewed automatically and may be cancelled through the account settings.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">12. Right of Withdrawal</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, consumers have the right to cancel the purchase of unused goods within 14 days. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The right of withdrawal applies only to products purchased from us and does not apply to rental bookings or other time-specific services. Rental bookings are non-refundable because the selected period has been reserved for the customer and made unavailable to other customers.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">13. Intellectual Property Rights</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All content on our website and booking platform is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Images are used with permission. YouTube videos linked through our services are hosted by external providers and are not under our control.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">14. Privacy</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Your personal data is processed securely and only as necessary for us to fulfil our obligations and provide our services.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The information we store may include your contact details, account information and order history. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment card details are processed and stored only by NETS.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cookies are used to recognise users and improve the quality of our services. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy under the Help menu.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">15. Governing Law and Legal Venue</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. The agreed legal venue is Oslo District Court.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">16. Amendments</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Sm&aring;bruket Tvigyva AS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Customers will be given 30 days&rsquo; notice of any changes considered significant. Continued use of our services after the amended Terms and Conditions have entered into force constitutes acceptance of the changes.</p>
